ROSTER REQUIREMENTS

  ALL PLAYERS must be listed on the ONLINE ROSTER, or as a GUEST PLAYER via the guest player portal.

  Roster additions requiring State Director review and approval need to be submitted by Friday 10pm, before the start of the tournament. 
NOTE: State Director must approve player prior to particpating in the event. Approval will be sent via email through the automated USSSA system. All players must be added before your scheduled first game.

  GUEST PLAYER system shuts down Friday 9pm prior to tournament start.  Please be sure to add guest players before the deadline. 

  PENALTY:  Any ineligible player MAY cause the team to be disqualified and put in last place. Each case will be looked at by the State Director to determine if the player is ineligible.

DIVISION AVAILABILITY

11U & 12U MAJOR

  DROP DEADLINE:  IMPORTANT - WE MUST BE NOTIFIED OF ANY DROPS BY SUNDAY AT NOON ONE (1) WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT, OR, WHEN THE EVENT SELLS OUT, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST. ANY TEAM THAT DROPS AFTER THIS DEADLINE IS STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR 100% OF THE TOURNAMENT FEE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION

  Metal Spikes are not allowed on any portable mound at any USSSA event.
  Metal Spikes are not allowed at all for 12u & younger.
 Metal Spikes are not allowed on TURF FIELDS at any locations.
